Cameron Carter

Cameron Carter is Founder of Offworld Holdings, a platform focused on acquiring mission-critical suppliers of satellite and rocket components.

Mr. Carter most recently served as Contracts Director at SpaceX, where he oversaw billions of dollars in contracts spanning NASA missions to the International Space Station, Starlink, Starshield, and Starship, and led the company's launch insurance and global risk management programs.

Prior to SpaceX, Mr. Carter led a military robotics contracts team at BAE Systems and a government contracts team at Raytheon Technologies' Pratt & Whitney business supporting the F-35 and F-22 propulsion programs.

Mr. Carter began his career as an Air Force Captain and Contracting Officer, deploying to Kyrgyzstan and supporting United Launch Alliance and Lockheed Martin Space. He earned his FAA private pilot's license at 17 and is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy.

Mr. Carter holds an MBA from Yale School of Management.
