Offworld Holdings is founder-led by Cameron Carter, whose relationship with aerospace has been a lifelong pursuit. He earned his pilot’s license before attending the Air Force Academy, served as a Captain in Italy, Kyrgyzstan, and the United Launch Alliance headquarters in Colorado, and then went on to lead teams at Raytheon Technologies (Pratt & Whitney), BAE Systems, and SpaceX.

At SpaceX, as a Director, he managed billions in contracts from human spaceflight missions to satellite mega-constellation deployments.

Cameron’s aerospace career, combined with a Yale MBA focused on building businesses that create lasting value for society, shaped the foundation of Offworld.
