Offworld Holdings is founder-led by Cameron Carter, whose relationship with aerospace has been a lifelong pursuit. He earned his pilot’s license before his driver’s license, served as a U.S. Air Force Captain stationed in the United Launch Alliance headquarters, and went on to lead teams at Pratt & Whitney / Raytheon, BAE Systems, and SpaceX. At SpaceX, as a Director, he managed billions in contracts across every vertical, from human spaceflight missions to the deployment of large satellite constellations.

His operational and strategic experience, combined with a Yale MBA focused on businesses that create lasting value for society, shaped the foundation of Offworld. Our mission is to build a permanent capital platform that acquires select, exceptional businesses within the orbital infrastructure supply chain and holds them for the very long term. We are creating an enduring company that will be foundational to the future of the space economy.
